Comfortable stay for one night, with a separate bedroom and a nice bathroom. The building is new and the staff is friendly. It's located in a beautiful and stunning area, and it's also close to the center. 🌟

Location was best possible and in a tranquil area...

The pool was absolutely amazing with excellent sunbeds, regular cleaning, and a jacuzzi. The spacious and clean apartment had a large private sun terrace. The bathroom had a bonus bath and good shower with plenty of hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a decent size fridge and a surprisingly efficient cooker. The beds, although initially feeling hard, provided the best sleep I've had in ages. The owner, Manuel, was attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The location was beautiful, with fabulous walks and great snorkeling. The bus stop was conveniently located, and the bus system was reliable and cheap. a highly recommended villa experience with exceptional comfort and friendly host.

This place is a great spot for a holiday with a fantastic pool, tidy rooms with balconies, and very kind staff who provide a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets, as well as beautiful sunset views.

I had an amazing time staying at Villa Xemxija in Xlendi. The owner, Manoel, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The villa grounds were beautiful and the pool was a great place to relax. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront. The only small drawback was that there were no convenience stores in Xlendi, but Manoel arranged for a supermarket to deliver groceries to the apartment. I highly recommend staying at Villa Xemxija for a wonderful vacation experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

As young people, we loved our stay at Villa Xemxija! the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a clean, spacious bathroom. the pool was amazing, with excellent sunbeds and it was rarely crowded. the location was fantastic, with a short walk to the centre and the beachfront. There were plenty of amenities nearby, such as canoeing, boat rentals, and diving. the owner provided a warm welcome and gave us great advice on where to go. it was a great place to stay for young people.

Weather was unfortunate.

The room at Villa Xemxija was perfect for me - it had a private bathroom with a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and a fully equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was great, and I loved lounging on the sofa while watching satellite TV.

Personally, I found the kitchenware at Villa Xemxija a bit lacking, but others might not mind.

the traditional villa in xlendi exceeded our expectations on our honeymoon trip. the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool was lovely and the sea view was a bonus. the friendly owner was always available and the bus stop nearby made it easy to explore.

Steep hill for walking home.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely villa with a great pool. the host, Josef, was very welcoming and helpful. the apartment was spacious and had all the necessary equipment. the location was perfect, close to the sea, restaurants, and bus stops. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Villa Xemxija. Cons: Liked everything 😊.

We got great value for our money at Villa Xemxija in Xlendi. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the terrace was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the sea, and the staff, especially Josef, were fantastic and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding a wider variety of options or including some local specialties to make it more enticing.

Enjoyed our stay! Traditional villa located uphill, with spacious room overlooking clean pool. Easy access to pool, sea view a bonus. Separate kitchen & bathroom, all very clean. Thick walls, not disturbed by neighbors. Bus stop to Victoria close by, avoids hill climb. Friendly owner available via phone.

Great place - wish we'd stayed longer! Some parts & equipment need renovation.
